Nicola Bergmann

Key Account Manager

Nicola has been working for more than 10 years at S+P. In her role as key account manager, she is responsible for a designated customer in the automotive industry. Before joining S+P, Nicola had a long-time career with international banks and the work focus on process optimization and building new organization structures. Furthermore she held different management functions in IT and HR. These competencies facilitate her know-how in implementing S+P projects together with our customers.

Jens Haefker

Operations Manager

Jens has joined Schulten + Partner more than 5 years ago and has since been working in different roles. He was appointed to his new role as Operations Manager in 2014 and takes responsibility for the daily operations and a smooth workflow of the projects according to the agreed customer requirements. His skill to motivate employees and to have a friendly ear for their needs makes him a guarantor for the high job tenure and loyalty of our staff.
